Previously a test driver at BAR, Anthony Davidson has been waiting for his big break in Formula 1. Although he stood in for some races for the team, he usually ended up spinning out of action or retired due to engine failure. Stepping into the role of an official driver for Super Aguri, he is teamed up with former F3 teammate Takuma Sato, who has a little more experience than him in Formula 1.

Although he did not score a single point for Super Aguri in 2007, he has certainly yet to prove his potential. However, as Super Aguri has not officially released the names of the drivers line-up for 2008, it is not certain if the Brit will get to show the team his worth.
