82% of Singapore Formula One tickets snapped up

SINGAPORE: 82 per cent of tickets to the Singapore F1 race in September have been snapped up.

Since the sale was launched in February, a total of 83,000 walkabout and grandstand passes have been released. This is on top of the 13,000 corporate hospitality and Paddock Club seats.

The Stamford, Raffles and Marina grandstands are sold out, while at Turn 2, Turn 3 and the Esplanade Waterfront grandstands, seats are limited.

Organisers said there are still a number of good seats available in the remaining grandstands. These are mainly at the Pit, Turn 1, Padang, Bay grandstands and the newly released Esplanade Steps and Singapore Flyer Promenade Premier grandstands.

You can buy your tickets via the official website www.singaporegp.sg, the ticket sales hotline +65—6738—6738 or from OmniTicket counters island—wide.
