The marriage of two hottest things in town - Chocolate and F1, would bring you this wonderful life-size replica of an F1 car made by the great chefs of Royal Plaza on Scotts in Singapore.

The life-sized F1 replica made of chocolate measures 4.7 metre long and 2.0 metre wide, and is the first ever life-sized chocolate race car to be created in Asia.

Besides tantalising the senses of the guests with this magnificent display which 8 chefs spent a week working on, as well as raising motorsport awareness in a way suitable for everyone of all demographics, the event also has a greater meaning in raising awareness with the Community Chest Singapore for the less-fortunates.

“As the country is abuzz with excitement of Singapore’s first motor racing event, we want to offer our guests that sense of exhilaration when they visit the country during this period. And what better way to do this than crafting a life-sized chocolate race car symbolic of the event, and benefiting the less-privileged at the same time,” said Mr Patrick Fiat, General Manager of RP.

There are also scale-model version of the chocolate race cars, made with excellent quality edible chocolate, going on sales at Gourmet Carousel for $28 each and $5 will be donated to the Community Chest, Autism Children's Centre. Guests can also take part in a photo-taking contest by submitting their photos taken with the life-sized chocolate race car, attached with a creative description to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by 30th September and stand a chance to win the grand prize - a Sony Digital Camera, and consolation prizes of petrol vouchers.
