Singapore Science Centre is holding an exhibition regarding the science and technology behind today's Formula 1 races. With the Singapore Grand Prix coming up in September 26-28th, the Singapore Science Centre hopes to be able to bring the wonders and marvels of the exquisite engineering feats in Formula 1 to the masses.

Upon entering the exhibition hall, you will be treated to the History of F1 with significant milestones over the years including notable victories by the world champions. On the right of the entrance, there is a mini quiz on Formula 1 where you can test your knowledge. There are also explanations on the choice of materials used in the F1 cars, the theory of aerodynamics and streamline shapes of the cars, as well as Simulators and a pit crew challenge for you to have fun with.

Right smacked at the centre of the exhibition is the breath-taking Enzo Ferrari owned by Mr Tommie Koh. There are only 2 Enzo Ferraris in Singapore, so do not miss your chance to take a glance at this ravishing beauty! Also on display is the BMW Sauber F1 car, as well as the racing car developed by the NUS Motoring Club.

The Science Centre opening hours are between 10.00am and 6.00pm. It is closed on Mondays except school and public holidays. The admission fees are S$6 for adults, S$3.60 for senior citizens and S$3 for children.
